Clarification: Kodak, Colorama story
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — In a story June 11 about the donation of Kodak’s archive of Colorama images to the George Eastman House photography museum, The Associated Press, relying on a press release from the museum, included an incorrect quote attributed to Alison Nordstrom, curator of photographs at the museum. Nordstrom’s original statement said the collection presented and preserved values that “even then were understood as nostalgic and in jeopardy… .” A typographical error in the statement released to the AP changed “understood” to “misunderstood.”
